If you have been trying to conceive for some time, you know that the fertility journey can be full of emotional ups and downs. It’s easy to feel confused about what to do next, especially when the whole world is telling you that your eggs are getting old or you’re running out of time.

This is where fertility coaching comes in.

Fertility coaching is the process of helping you manage your mind and process your emotions so you can make decisions confidently and boost your innate fertility. We also remove any deep rooted subconscious beliefs or emotions that are keeping you from getting pregnant.

Some common scenarios when women reach out to work with me are:

• You are healthy but you can’t seem to get pregnant.  You would rather resolve any issues naturally before seeing a doctor.
• You’ve been diagnosed with unexplained infertility, but you’d like to get to the root of the problem before pursuing assisted reproductive technologies.
• You suspect there are some emotional blocks and fears that are keeping you from getting pregnant.
• You have a deep fear of getting pregnant, labour & delivery, miscarriage or baby loss, and you would like to heal this before you conceive.
